Shipping & Return Policy
Domestic orders will ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail. Shipping times will be determined by the mail carrier and sent to the email used during checkout. All orders will ship within 3-5 business days.
International orders will ship via UPS Ground to Canada
All other international orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail
Due to the nature of the materials we use at Douglas & Co. Detroit, along with each series being limited in run, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Douglas & Co. Detroit offers in store credit for all returns and or exchanges. See below for details.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 10 days of receiving your item. Douglas & Co. Detroit does not cover return shipping. A 25% restocking fee may be applied to all refunds and/or exchanges. Once the product has been received in original condition with all the original packaging, an in store credit will be issued for the total amount, excluding shipping and handling fees. Customer assumes responsibility for shipping product back to Douglas & Co. Detroit. Must have valid Return Authorization number prior to sending product back. Contact: email@example.com to receive Return Authorization number. No exchanges and/or in store credit will be issued without valid Return Authorization number.
